IMPERIAL-Newton Torque Solutions is founded in Orange County, California USA to provide custom sockets and wrenches for many branches of the Dept of Defense, the Department of Energy and large aerospace companies who require custom products not generally available in industry.

March 1, 2004
IMPERIAL-Newton begins a significant restructuring of resources and purpose which thus forward will allow the company to offer an increasingly large selection of quality sockets and wrenches of all types, sizes and shapes quickly and cost effectively to a wider customer base.

January 1, 2010
IMPERIAL-Newton Corp officially completes the relocation of it’s headquarters and primary warehousing & shipping operations to the State of Colorado, USA. We are excited both professionally and personally by this relocation to the land which inspired the song America the Beautiful, and to the improvement it brings about to our customers in terms of reduced operational costs, faster shipping times and improved hours of operation now better aligned with many of our frequent customers.
