The effective implementation of our Quality Assurance program should prevent any defective product from ever being shipped to any customer such that you always receive top quality products. However if you feel that you have a product which failed prematurely, please contact us or the distributor you purchased the item from to arrange for promptly returning the item to us for consideration under our Lifetime Warranty coverage policy.

Most socket wrench and hand tool products presented here are covered by our Lifetime Warranty to protect your purchase against unexpected failure due to any defects in materials or workmanship. Liability is limited only to the replacement of same product. Ancillary or incidental losses are strictly disclaimed.

Some custom and specialty products which we determine are pushing the limits of modern design, and most thinwall impact sockets, reducing adapters and reducing extensions do not qualify for free replacement. We offer more than 480,000 unique part numbers, so if you have questions about whether your purchase is covered by our Lifetime Warranty please ask your Sales person for clarification and verification concerning the specific product(s) in question.
